Impartiality & Confidentiality Policy


- TUV LIMITED do not recruit any person, who’s relative are working in the Company,
- No outsourcing of activities, are already working for that Clients.
- Adherence to all accreditation bodies and other SAAC Policies.
- TUV LIMITED-Certification do not carry—out any other conflicting services other than its core business of Certification activities.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification do not employ any professional conflicting its ethical policies.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification do not allow any of its company personnel to market the services during conducting the audits.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification do not allow any of its personnel to carry out financial transactions with customers / contractors.
- All employees of TUV LIMITED- Certification do not disclose any situation impairing the business ethics.
- Any unethical practice observed should be notified to the management at the earliest.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification do not allow any of its personnel to accept any gifts from customer /contractor.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification do not allow any personnel to conduct audits for the organization where any of its family members / close relatives are involved at a decision-making position.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification staff are prohibited from participating in the certification activities of any organization to which they have given assistance, by training, or where they have any financial or commercial interest for a minimum period of 2 years prior to the date of application of the organization for registration.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification direct employees are prohibited from engaging in consultancy activities, which involve the active design, generation or implementation of a system.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification auditors must follow the confidentiality during the audit process while obtaining any information from the client.
- Any information provided from clients will be not shared with any other party rather than certification & accreditation desk when necessary or when it required by legislative bodies.
- Impartiality committee will allow TUV LIMITED- Certification to take corrective actions to ensure there is no repeat impartiality / conflict of interest in the future.
- TUV LIMITED- Certification impartiality committee is therefore required to satisfy themselves that both the pre-assessment and full assessment were carried out in an appropriate impartial and objective way.
